Religious traditions and believes are central part of many Hispanic family’s ‘get togethers’; apart from the beauty of the ceremony itself and its preparation, the fun part is that no matter what the celebration is –like in this case is a baptism- the food is always the central piece of the puzzle, and the reason why some of us don’t have breakfast that day so we can eat more later at the party!! Especially if the main dish consists in Grandma’s ‘mole verde’ with ingredient brought from Mexico especially for this occasion.
